Bryan Sutlive
Founder & Personal Injury Attorney
Bryan Sutlive founded Sutlive Law with one goal: give seriously injured clients the focused, expert legal representation they deserve. With more than 14 years of experience in personal injury law, Bryan has built a reputation for handling complex cases with precision and delivering results — including 6, 7, and 8-figure recoveries — for clients across Georgia and the Southeast.
Bryan is licensed to practice in Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, and Alabama, giving Sutlive Law the ability to represent seriously injured clients throughout the Southeast without the need to refer cases out of state.
In addition to his litigation practice, Bryan serves as an active mediator, conducting 8-15 mediation sessions per month. This experience gives him a unique window into how insurance companies, defense attorneys, and opposing parties evaluate injury claims — insight that translates directly into stronger negotiation strategy and better outcomes for his clients.
Bryan intentionally limits the number of cases the firm accepts so that every client receives the attention and urgency their situation demands. At Sutlive Law, no client is passed off to a paralegal or case manager — you work directly with the legal team that is handling your case.
Our Physician's Assistant — A Unique Medical Advantage
Sutlive Law has a physician's assistant on staff who handles medical record analysis and client care coordination. This is unusual for a personal injury firm — and it is a significant advantage for our clients.
In serious injury cases — traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, catastrophic harm, medical malpractice — the ability to deeply understand the medical evidence is critical. Our PA works directly alongside Bryan to review records, identify the full scope of injuries, and ensure that every medical detail that strengthens a client's claim is properly documented and presented.
This medical insight means we can challenge insurer attempts to minimize injuries with authority, work more effectively with outside medical experts, and build stronger cases across the board.
Seriously Injured? Your Next Move Matters.
Georgia's statute of limitations gives you only 2 years to file. Evidence disappears faster than that. Don't wait.
